2012 Jamaica Retreat

Katy and Sheila are taking a group of yogis down to Jamaica for a very special trip in February. First, you’ll attend the the Caribbean Yoga Conference February 2-5, then depart on Sunday for your stay at Good Hope February 6-9.

ITINERARY

  • Arrive Thursday, February 2nd to Montego Bay, we will pick you up at the airport and transport you to the Hilton. The Caribbean Yoga Conference begins at 7 pm Thursday Evening.
  • Includes all Friday and Saturday morning, afternoon and evening sessions and Sunday morning sessions at the CYC.
  • Sunday AM closing session 10-11am
  • Sunday leave for Good Hope via the Good Hope Sangha beach. There we will jump in the sea and enjoy an afternoon on the beach, while enjoying a Jamaican Jerk lunch! An amazing Jungle experience. Must stop and get some Jamaican Jerk on the way!
  • Pottery with THE David Pinto (jamaicaclay.com), daily yoga, Jamaican jungle experiences, fantastic soul, organic food made with love.
  • Daily trip to Good Hope’s beach house for some waves, sangha and practice.
  • All meals included.
  • All transportation included.
