Hot Yoga Roots
Thursdays, 6-7:15pm | yogahOMe Mariemont
Saturdays, 4-5:15pm | yogahOMe Symmes
Hot Yoga Roots is a comprehensive set of yoga postures intended to lengthen and tone the entire body through extension and compression holds. Because it is practiced in a hot room, the series facilitates the body’s natural detoxification process. Anusara-style alignments are taught to achieve strength and a deeper sense of freedom. Appealling to new students, athletes and Bikram practioners, the Hot Yoga Roots series provides alignment and balance as well space for mediation and relaxation.
