Although she teaches yoga and meditation to all levels, she is best known for her powerful vinyasa classes. Whether you come to class for improved physical fitness or spiritual liberation Gina’s classes are honest and direct.Yet she provides a compassionate and kind approach to the practice. “We don’t tiptoe through the tulips in my class. Move your body so that you can sit still and meditate. Free your mind of hatred, greed and self judgment. Revolution is within.”
