Creating change is a process, no matter what it is you are trying to change. Whether you are trying to improve yourself or your home, the process of change has a beginning, middle and end.

There will be a new intention every month. Our instructors might use it in class, you’ll see it appear on our blog, you’ll see it in our studios and you might even end up using it yourself!
We’ve selected intentions for the whole year to not only reflect the seasonal rhythm of the world around us, but the natural rhythym we need to make lasting change.

FEBRUARY
The intention for this month is: Momentum!
Now is the time to get going, so start trying some of the things you talked or thought about doing in January. Some of them might not work out so well, and that’s okay. This month is about figuring out what does work before the momentum we built up January is gone and all our wonderful ideas remain just that.
JANUARY
The intention for this month is: Change!
We need to prepare for the year ahead this month. We need to get used to the fact that some things might be different; that we might experience changes to the way we normally do things. Change is good, but it can be better if we’re prepared.
