Yoga is beneficial for everyone, regardless of age!

Baby & Me Yoga
This 1 hour class integrates parenting with your yoga practice. Baby and me yoga is a fantastic way to take care of mind, body, and newborn post pregnancy.
Focusing on improving your posture, restoring your balance, and strengthening your core, asanas practiced during class will guide you to a sense of calmness and confidence that is much appreciated during this special time. This class is open to your older children as well, so do not hesitate to bring older siblings if you feel comfortable! New mothers and fathers can find this class as a warm platform to discuss the joys of being a parent as well as a space to practice the beauty of yoga that can be shared with your child.

Learning basic Yoga postures to fun music. Gaining body awareness and help develop strength, flexibility and a confident self image. Come play upside down!
2011 Kids Camp
Kids will explore yoga, meditation and breathing techniques with theme-related art, music and movement. We will explore the elements of the earth, water, fire, air and ether and the relationship to our bodies and world.August 1-5, 1-4pm at yogahOMe Oakley
