Yoga for Fertility
A practice designed to create an optimal and receptive environment for pregnancy through breath, movement and mindfulness. Come support your physical, mental and emotional readiness to conceive in a safe and comfortable environment with other women on their fertility journey.
This practice emphasizes:
• Reducing physical tension in the pelvic region
• Increasing blood flow to the uterine region
• Releasing toxins
• Guided meditation
This practice is designed for a 6 week session commitment but drop-ins are allowed.
