Take some time to bond with your little one while learning to incorporate your baby into your yoga practice. This 45 minute class will involve yoga for Mom’s postpartum body, poses that engage baby yogis, and finally some calming infant yoga. This class is best suited for babies ages 8-weeks through crawling, but yogis up to 2 years are welcome.

Yin yoga focuses on passively holding poses for longer periods of time to open up connective tissues deep within joints. Yin is a beautifully accessible form of Asana for all yogis – from never-evers to advanced practitioners, everyone can benefit from this graceful, meditative practice.

Hot Yoga Roots
Hot Yoga Roots is a comprehensive set of yoga postures intended to lengthen and tone the entire body through extension and compression holds. Because it is practiced in a hot room, the series facilitates the body’s natural detoxification process. Anusara-style alignments are taught to achieve strength and a deeper sense of freedom. Appealling to new students, athletes and Bikram practioners, the Hot Yoga Roots series provides alignment and balance as well space for mediation and relaxation.
The “First Lady of Yoga,” Lilias Folan, right here at yogahOMe! Lilias presents an enjoyably-paced class, key poses, breathing, relaxation and visualization. Great for students of all levels.

Discover the ancient art of yoga at the Cincinnati Art Museum with yogi, Werner Hildebrand – teacher at yogahOMe. Through meditation, breathing practices and yoga postures, participants will learn to be more stable, still and illuminated. This monthly course welcomes all levels and will open space in the body, cultivate mindfulness and touch the soul.Wear lightweight, comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement and bring a yoga mat. Limited mats will be provided. Be prepared for class, changing facilities are not avaliable.
