Katie/ or whoever is in charge of this_ I want to make sure that the Ayurveda yoga course given over 4 weeks is certified through the Himalayan Institute. Please clarify this. Thanks. Geraldine Wu
Hi Geraldine-
Yes, it is Himalayan Institute Certified—hence why you can interchange the classes between yogahOMe and the HI.
Thanks for asking!
Wonderful! This is great exploration material and I am thrilled you all have brought it to Cincinnati!
Thanks Lisa! We are super excited!
Could you tell us which link exactly is for registration / payment options?? Thank you!
I would like to pay for workshop what do i need to do?
The books that are listed will they come with the classes tuition or do we need to purchase those sepertely. Secondly which book goes with which session? Really excited for some more knowledge with this!
Hey Yamilca! Here is the registration link: Can’t wait for this workshop to begin!
Lisa, here is the registration link. You should be all set to register!
When will we be able to register for the three trainings without certification? Or should we sign up for current session and there will be an option later to register for the remainder? Looking forward to this opportunity!
Hey Heather! You can register now! Here’s the link to register for the first 3 sessions without the certification (and without the 4th session.) Click here for the link.
Lori- we are waiting on the HI to let us know!
Katie will you be offering this next year? I want to do this so bad but I am in yoga tt this year and alot on my plate. Thanks!
Very excited these classes are being offered in Cinci! I just returned from Kripalu and had a wonderful experience. I’ve been interested in Ayurveda for the last couple years and have been reading and living much of it already. I am not a Yoga Teacher, but would be interested in taking session 1 and 3 for my own knowledge. If I am understanding the class description correctly, this would be acceptable??
Hi Shawn! That is awesome you have experience with Kripalu! You are definitely welcome to take sessions 1-3–no requirement to be a certified yoga teacher for those sessions. We would love to have you in the training!
Great! I will confirm with my schedule! Also wondering if you are considering having these courses again in the future? My ultimate goal is to go through YTT and all courses for Ayurveda Specialist, but life won’t allow at the present moment. :) Hopefully next year…
Danielle,
That’s great that you’re going through teacher training! Our intention is to offer Ayurveda certifications every year. So, if you find time to even take one of Kathryn’s training sessions this year, that would count towards completing your certification next year. Hope this helps!
Lori-the two books are not part of tuition. Although you will receive materials from the Himalayan Institute. If you are not taking all the sessions, you’ll be OK with just the David Frawley book.
I am so sorry to have missed the first 2 sessions. Are they necessary for the 3rd? Will you be offering the workshop again in the future?
Hi Nancy! Yes, we are offering a second round, of course. You can actually take Session III first and then pick up 1 and 2 next year.
Session III is what most people are super excited about so we encourage you to register sooner rather than later.
I signed up for the 3rd session and was told that I could come to the first day of the 4th since the first day of the third session was cancelled. Is this true?
Donna,
Kathryn should be contacting you directly to figure out a way to make up for the lost time.
