Kaya,
If you’re talking about the 7-9pm Cooking Class, it’s best to register ahead of time if it’s at all possible. We want to make sure we have enough supplies for the demonstration and to make sure everyone gets to take a little home.
The Ayurvedic Food & Cooking Workshop runs over the course of Wednesday-Friday, so it would not be possible for you to drop in just on Friday. The Cooking Class Friday night is included for people taking the full workshop, but is also available for separate registration. Might be a good option if you want to come but are lacking on time. :)
Hope to see you there Friday night,
Kate
