The Adventure
Join the yogahOMe women’s Sangha and beyond in an amazing empowering and 
transformational women’s retreat in Costa Rica. Guides Katy Knowles, Kritin Luna Ray, Sheila Wilson Pinto and the women of Costa Rica’s Diamante Valley join together to offer this week of sukha [good space]. Throughout time, women gathering in a meaningful way with strong intentions has been a powerful and effective means of strengthening self, community, and the world. We will tap into the wondrous well of our majestic potential, which will trickle down into our world, family, and all those around us.
The Location
This retreat will take place at the Pura Suerte Eco Lodge, a beautiful retreat center in the Southern Pacific region of Costa Rica. It is nestled in the village of La Florida, a small Costa Rican village overlooking the great Pacific Ocean, and just a short walk from True Nature, the community founded by Luna and Joshua 6 years ago.

- Morning and evening Yoga and Meditation Practice
- Silence
- Great organic food full of prana [life force]
- Exploring and learning how to harvest herbs, fruits, vegetables, and chocolate
- Fire rituals and ceremonies

I would love to get more information about this trip (specifically about the accommodations.) Is the location near the water?

Here is a link to the location of the retreat so you can take a closer look. The town that the retreat center is located in overlooks the ocean, so we’ll have water views, but we will also take at least one day trip to the beach and waterfalls. Please note that the pictures in the story above are from our retreat last year- great views and lots of water!

The retreat cost includes everything except airfare (all ground transportation, lodging, meals, outings, etc.). Flights arrangements should be made to arrive into San Jose international airport, Costa Rica to arrive on Jan 14th and depart Jan 22nd.

Swimming in a waterfall and hiking in caves, it will make us feel so young and free!
Courage=growth. This will be an incredible experience, unlike any. Why not just do it. I cannot wait. We will have a blast together.
This looks really very cool. But I will need more ocean time. How far away are you from the water and can we take a side trip here and there visit the sea?
We are not far from the ocean, in fact we can see it from where we will be. We will spend a couple days and night there.
